Directions

By Underground & Bus

The closest underground station to the hotel is Hammersmith. It is around a three minute walk from the hotel. When leaving, turn east down Talgarth Road. Turn left up Shortlands and the hotel will be on your left down Chalk Hill Road.

For buses in Central London, take route numbers 9 & 10. The main coach station (London Hammersmith) is three minutes walk away. For directions to the hotel from here, follow the underground directions.

By Air

London Heathrow Airport– You can take the tube from Heathrow Airport into Central London via the Piccadilly line, and the closest tube stop to the hotel is Hammersmith. A single ticket costs £6, or if you pay via contactless, £5. This can be cheaper depending on time of travel. A taxi from the airport will take approximately 20 minutes and will cost around £30-40.

London Gatwick Airport – The Gatwick Express runs every 15 minutes from the airport. Take it to Victoria station where you will then take the underground via the District Line to Hammersmith. For more information for the Gatwick Express please visit www.gatwickexpress.com. A taxi from the airport will cost around £60-80 and take around 1 hour 20minutes.

London City Airport – The London City Airport DLR station offer routes to Canning Town DLR Station, where you can get the Jubilee then Piccadilly line to Hammersmith. A taxi to the venue will cost approx. £50 and take around 1 hour.

By Rail

The closest Network rail station is Kensington Olympia, about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. When leaving the station turn west down Maclise Road. Turn left down Beaconsfield Terrace Road which turns into Blythe Road. Once you reach the end of the road, turn right down Hammersmith Road. Keep going until there is a road called Shortlands on your left. Turn down it and the hotel will be on your right down Chalk Hill Road.

By Car

Leave the A4 at the Hammersmith turning and proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road to the large roundabout underneath the flyover. Take the fifth exit off the roundabout. Then turn left into Shortlands – the main hotel entrance and parking will be on your left-hand side.

Parking

The hotel provides a 240 on-site car parking spaces. This is charged at £1.50 per hour for hotel residents and £3.50 per hour for non-residents.

*for double occupancy room the rate is £155.

Please note that none of these third-party companies are associated with Oxford Global in any way, nor have Oxford Global authorised them to use their names or trademarks on information they send out to attendees.

If you are contacted by a third-party company by phone or email using Oxford Global’s name or the name of the Cell Series UK and offering accommodation services, we urge exhibitors and attendees to proceed with extreme caution before signing anything sent by these companies or entering into any conversation or replying to any emails sent from these third-party companies.
