Sarah Middleton
Sarah completed her PhD in Genomics and Computational Biology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied neuron biology using single cell RNA-seq. Now a Computational Biologist at GSK, she works across disease areas doing scRNA-seq analysis to inform drug discovery and development efforts. Her recent work has also focused on improving the resolution of cell type identification to gain additional insight into the differing roles of immune cell subtypes and state changes in disease.
