Oona Delpuech

Associate Principal Scientist, Molecular Profiling Team
Oona Delpuech has completed a PhD in Paris. Using macroarray, this demonstrates that hepatocarcinoma is associated with distinct virological gene expression profiles. This demonstrated a positive correlation of Hepatitis C Virus RNA between microdissected hepatocytes and serum viral loads. Delpuech then moved to London for her postdoc at CRUK, where she worked on the transcription factor Foxo3a and extended my microarray expertise. Moving to Pfizer, Delpuech worked as a transcript profiling biomarker specialist, supporting many projects from pre-clinical to early clinical interface including OAS2 as a key biomarker of response to TLR7 treatment. Delpuech join Astrazeneca in 2011 in the bioscience (preclinical) genomic group. Spporting a large number of in vitro and in vivo studies across the oncology portfolio, enabling delivery of transcript biomarkers, providing information on in vivo scheduling, combination mechanism or compound mode of action.? implementing workflow to analyse high throughput PCR data.
