Florian Rambow

Dr Florian Rambow received his PhD from the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and Versailles (France) in 2008 during which he studied spontaneous tumour regression. He performed a first postdoctoral training with Prof Lionel Larue at the Curie Institute (France), where he specialized in melanocyte and melanoma biology. To further deepen his research in melanoma he obtained a prestigious Marie-Curie postdoctoral fellowship and joined the group of Prof Chris Marine at the VIB in Leuven, Belgium. Currently, he investigates how melanoma cells persist treatment using single-cell genomics approaches.
