Christoph Ziegenhain

Postdoctoral Fellow
Karolinska Institute
Christoph Ziegenhain finished his PhD in 2017 at the University of Munich working on emerging single-cell RNA-seq technologies with Prof. Enard. During this time, he published the first comparison of scRNA-seq protocols and developed a universal transcriptomics data processing pipeline. Christoph currently works in the Sandberg lab at Karolinska Institutet as a postdoctoral fellow, focussing on obtaining higher throughput for highly sensitive, allele-resolved scRNA-seq. This type of data will help address important questions for the understanding of transcriptional regulation in humans.
