Alexandre ALANIO is an associate professor MD PhD in Mycology and parasitologie. His main area of interest are diagnosis and pathophysiology of invasive fungal infections, in particular cruptococcosis, pneumocystosis, Aspergillosis, Mucormycosis and endemic mycoses. He is bringing basic science on pathogenic fungi and clinical management of invasive fungal infection. He is currently developing diagnostic tools to improve the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections. He is part of several international working parties and member of various microbiology societies.
