Requesting that all attendees and exhibitors evaluate their own health and that of those they’re in close contact with. We encourage all attendees that are sick or showing symptoms of illness to stay home and contact us at email@example.com in regards to their registration
Requesting that any person showing symptoms of illness at the event be asked to leave, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of other attendees
Requiring attendees and exhibitors to follow the guidance of the WHO for everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses
Implementing a “No Handshake” guideline and asking all attendees to wash their hands often with soap and water, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
Providing sanitisers for use prior to entering all sessions
Providing sanitisers and wipe-downs for all microphones and speaker monitors
