Rebecca Randle

Rebecca Randle received her PhD at Imperial College London investigating mechanisms regulating expression of P-glycoprotein and the development of multidrug resistance in cancer.  She went on to establish her career in the pharmaceutical industry with positions at UCB-Celltech (Cambridge, UK) and GlaxoSmithKine (Stevenage, UK). She has a strong background in cellular assay development and high-throughput phenotypic screening and a deep interest in gene editing and omic profiling of cells. Her current position is within GSK’s Screening Profiling and Mechanistic Biology Department as a Scientific Leader and GSK Associate Fellow, where her role involves leadership of GSK target ID and early drug discovery programs.
