Our new technology platform has sensitivity to “picomolar or smaller” levels of detection which is 1,000,000+ times more sensitive than our legacy technology. UBI’s ambition is to build a multi-product stable of biosensors in large markets. UBI has developed a biosensor for Tn Antigen which is a cancer biomarker. We are in the process of developing a handheld product for the monitoring of cancer patients in remission at the point of care from a fingerstick of blood however the Tn Antigen biosensor also has applications in early cancer detection, mapping the progression and determining the effectiveness of treatment.
