Operations Department
The operations department handle all aspects of event management, from pre-event delegate liaison, reporting & budgeting, on-site event logistics, exhibition management and supplier negotiation. The smooth running of an event depends on operations management and all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors rely on rapid and accurate information updates during the event lifecycle. Delegate Sales Department
The delegate sales department actively sell our conferences to senior level life science executives. Applicants should have a proven track record in telephone sales, closing deals and exceeding targets. Exceptionally good communication skills with a persuasive and persistent approach are required to be successful in the role.

Sponsorship Sales Department
The sponsorship sales department actively sell business opportunities to solution/service providers in the pharmaceutical industry. Sponsorship executives should have the proven ability to lead source, pitch and negotiate with key decision makers, overcome objections and close deals in the shortest time possible. Applicants would be expected to show proven results from previous employment or a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and should be able to network and client manage effectively. Meritorious communication skills are essential.

Marketing Department
The marketing department is responsible for forging relations with external clients by producing and executing innovative marketing plans for the company’s conferences. Responsibilities include managing email broadcasts and direct mail advertisements alongside and website and database management. JOB SPEC: Marketing Assistant

Conference Production Department
The production department develop commercially viable conference programmes for each of our events. Extensive market research is undertaken with senior level representatives from Global corporations and industry forums in the life sciences sector to create cutting edge, relevant programmes. Conference Producers are responsible for recruiting speakers, writing conference agendas and briefing sales and marketing teams on new products. A deadline driven approach and an ability to research and communicate effectively are paramount to the role.
