Events Executive (part-time position) - Accepting applications now
The events operations department handles all aspects of running an event from pre-event delegate liaison, reporting and budgeting, to on-site event logistics, exhibition management and supplier negotiation. The smooth running of an event depends on operations management with all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors relying on rapid and accurate information updates during the event lifecycle.

Conference Producer - Position filled
The production department develops and writes commercially viable conference programmes. Extensive market research with decision makers is undertaken with major corporations and industry forums world-wide in the life sciences sector to create cutting edge programmes. We are looking for conference producers who are responsible for recruiting speakers, writing conference agendas and briefing sales and marketing on new products. A deadline driven approach and international travel is required.
Junior: £18-20k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £24-25k
Senior: £20-26k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £26-30k
Operations Executive - Position filled
The operations department handles all aspects of running an event from pre-event delegate liaison, reporting and budgeting, to on-site event logistics, exhibition management and supplier negotiation. The smooth running of an event depends on operations management – plus all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors rely on rapid and accurate information updates during the event lifecycle. International travel is required. We are looking for an operations executive with a minimum of one year of conference logistics and event management experience.
£18-20k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £24-25k
Delegate Sales Executives - junior and senior level
We are looking for both junior and senior level delegate sales executives with
a proven track record on closing deals and exceeding targets. Exceptionally good communications skills are required to sell delegate places at high quality networking events to senior life sciences executives.
Junior: £16-18k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £24-25k
Senior: £18-22k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £26-28k
Sponsorship Sales Executives – junior and senior level
We are looking for sponsorship sales executives with the ability to research and target key decision makers in life sciences industry. Key skills required are the ability to effectively pitch decision makers, handle objections and negotiate and close deals in the shortest time possible time.
Junior: £ 20-25k basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £35K
Senior: £ 25-30K basic depending on experience plus commission, OTE £45K
